Generali to Offer Identity Theft Protection Service to Travelers

Generali Global Assistance announced Iris Onwatch, an identity protection service.

The new offering, intended for enterprise customers, includes a variety of identity theft resolution services that can help travelers continue on their journey while resolving any matters stemming from identity theft. These include assistance in filing police reports, obtaining transportation and lodging, emergency cash disbursement, official document translation, and canceling lost or stolen credit cards.

The multi-lingual service is available 24 hours a day to victims of identity theft anywhere in the world. The service also includes $1 million in identity theft insurance that covers the reimbursement of expenses stemming from the recovery process.

Iris Onwatch is an integrated service that includes prevention, monitoring, alerting, and resolution services.
