At Iris powered by Generali, we are proud to call ourselves a people-first company. While “people-first” could seem generic or indistinct to some, we firmly believe that happy employees lead to happier customers – which is why we put both at the heart of everything we do. This people-first approach is what drives our award-winning resolution center to provide white-glove prevention & resolution services.

So, what does “people-first” mean to our resolution center team members? Well, here’s what a few of them had to say:

“Treating people with Respect and Dignity!” – Tiara Epps, IDP Resolution Center Supervisor

“Investing in our employees so they can put our members first.” – Patrice Bobala, Head of Global IDP Knowledge & QA

“To listen, understand, acknowledge, and consider people's feelings, emotions, and point of views.” – Eugene N., IDP Resolution Center Manager

“Having the understanding that empathy is not just a word, it is our personality, our identity.” – Sidick T. IDP Director

“Caring for people as if they were part of your own family.” – Maria Ramirez

“Always going above and beyond while showing empathy when assisting a customer.” – Joseph Via

“When we truly are putting others first, we cannot help but feel at peace with ourselves.” – Cece

“Always making sure a customer and a peer is more at ease after talking with us and to us.” – Joseph

“When the customer comes first, the customer will last.” – Luis Sanchez

Being #PeopleFirst is at the core of who Iris is as a company and its execution is made possible by our incredible team. We couldn’t be prouder of the care our employees show to each other, our partners, and their customers. This caring, people-first mentality allows us to lead the charge as pioneers of the care revolution.
