Generali Global Assistance (“GGA” or “the Company”), a leader in the assistance industry since its founding in 1963 and part of the multinational Generali Group, today announced that its proprietary and innovative identity and digital protection platform has received a Parent Tested Parent Approved (PTPA) Seal of Approval.

The PTPA Seal of Approval is one of the most prestigious consumer product award certifications in North America and the organization’s mission is to help consumers make better purchasing decisions for their families.  PTPA has a reviewer base of more than 75,000 millennial parents, and Generali Global Assistance’s identity protection platform has been certified based on the positive feedback of PTPA product testers.  The Company is one of only two identity protection providers to have received the PTPA Seal of Approval, demonstrating its industry leadership position and the efficacy of its identity protection platform.

Paige Schaffer, President and COO of Generali Global Assistance’s Identity and Digital Protection Services Global Unit, commented on today’s news, “We are honored that our identity protection platform and family identity protection plans have been recognized with a PTPA Seal of Approval, demonstrating its effectiveness and ease-of-use according to prestigious parent testers.  Our team works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to protect customers against, or rectify, identity theft and fraud, and their tireless efforts have been rewarded through this certification.  Users of our platform have access to a full suite of identity protection solutions as well as Generali Global Assistance’s award-winning customer service team.  This comprehensive approach sets us apart as we continue to lead the charge in keeping identities safe and secure.”
