Identity Protection Service Marketing Awards

The American Business Awards, the nation’s premier business awards program, recently released the winners of the 2017 Stevie® Award winners, and we’re excited to share that our Identity and Digital Protection Service marketing team and resolution team each won a Stevie® Award! The Stevie® Awards are a highly sought recognition with a reputation for recognizing outstanding business services and achievements.

This year, more than 3,600 nominations were submitted from companies of all sizes and industries, and the winners were determined by 190 professionals over two months of a rigorous judging processes. “Each year the judges find the quality and variety of the nominations to be greater than the year before. The 2017 competition was intense and every organization that has won should be proud,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie® Awards.

Identity Protection Service Marketing & Resolution Team Take Home Honors

Generali Global Assistance President & Chief Operating Officer, Global Identity and Digital Protection Services, Paige Schaffer, shared, “We’re immensely proud of the accolades received by both the resolution and marketing teams. We work hard to deliver high quality service and programs that put our customers and clients at the heart of our efforts. The resolution team goes above and beyond to provide white glove identity theft prevention and resolution services. And, our identity protection service marketing team produces highly effective campaigns that continue to grow not only our business and brand but also those of our clients.”

With high remarks from the judges in the Customer Service Team of the Year category, the resolution team received a Gold Stevie® Award. This multiple award-winning team regards customer service as a top-priority and goes above and beyond, providing around-the-clock, white glove services to protect customers’ identities and to restore their critical assets should theft occur. “Well done: Kudos to the Customer Service team,” was a comment received from one of the judges who reviewed the award entry.

The marketing team received a Bronze Stevie® Award for their entry, ‘Identity Protection for Travelers’ in the Small-Budget Marketing Campaign of the Year category. The campaign was designed to promote GGA Identity Protection within the travel industry via a contest to encourage engagement with the brand. One of the judges stated the campaign was “impressive, thoroughly engaging… strategically thought-out and superbly executed.” The team was honored and excited to receive this award, especially on the heels of launching their more robust client marketing support program – Accelerate. They’re eager to provide results-driven client marketing campaigns that are equally as successful to their clients, to help Accelerate (pun intended!) their growth.
